Mechanis operates as an independent digital services provider offering website design, SEO, marketing systems, automation services, and related consulting under the trading name Mechanis within the United Kingdom.

2. Services

Mechanis provides digital marketing, website development, SEO, automation systems, and related digital consulting services as agreed in written proposals, service agreements, or subscription plans.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information required for service delivery

• Supply necessary content, approvals, and access credentials in a timely manner

• Ensure they hold rights to any materials provided to Mechanis

• Make payments according to agreed billing terms

4. Payments

All services are billed according to agreed proposals or subscription terms. Late payments may result in service suspension until outstanding balances are settled. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Service Performance

Mechanis applies professional expertise and best practices; however, marketing, search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables unless otherwise agreed. Mechanis retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless confidentiality has been formally agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mechanis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service period where permitted by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed contract terms. Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
